Policy
Sweet Joey offers a 100% satisfaction
guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason
you may return it for a full refund (credited to your original method of
payment) or a merchandise voucher. You will receive full credit for pre
worn clothing. If the item was purchased with original tags, and
the tags have been removed, only 50% of the cost will be refunded.
These items lose value when the tags are removed. Please note all
items must be returned (postmarked) within 14 days of the original shipping date.
To
return an item please follow these simple steps:
1)
Repack the item(s) in its original packaging
2)
Send an email to
returns@sweetjoey.com noting the Order Number, SKU(s) and reason for the return.
3) You will receive a response within 48 hours providing you with an Item
Return (IR) number
Please write the IR number on a copy of the original invoice to be
included with your return and ship the item back to:
